Leadership coach Art McNeil gave an inspiring talk to local businessmen and other community VIP's. The event was sponsored by Taxsavers of Florida, and the Charlotte Area Business Alliance. While Art's dynamic message ranged from mutant bees to five year-old pirates, his gist was clear: "Most business owners work hard for their business...but often the business isn't working for them."
McNeil
wrote a syndicated newspaper column "Life is not a Spectator
Sport" that appeared throughout North America (here in the Charlotte Sun
Herald) for several years. He
has written four books on the subject of leadership and human
enterprise, including the #1 seller "The "I" of the
Hurricane: Creating Corporate Energy."
Art has been an executive advisor to Fortune corporations such as
American Express and Black & Decker. In recent years, he has
focused on working with the owners of medium businesses, as a value
development, profit management, and family issues advisor.
